Can i say LOVE ?

a simple short letter that has a lot of sense, which we call LOVE.love is a simple word but it can make a person struck by his words,words of love can combine two separate beings, who have never met, and that not yet never know the meaning of a big LOVE, the word love is simple but not everyone can say it directly, although only one word that can make people fall in love, whether I can call it LOVE?
